her food, dysarthria, dysphonia, dysphagia and regurgitation of food through her
nose. On examination there is ptosis on sustained upward gaze.

Answer:
d)
Penicillamine may occasionally induce myasthenia gravis.
The other drugs worsen myasthenia gravis.
