A 29-year-old female presents for investigation of sub fertility. She has amenorrhoea following withdrawal of the oral contraceptive pill. She also complains of decreased libido. She has galactorrhoea, headaches and visual disturbance. In this patient which of the following features would suggest she has a macroadenoma?

The features suggest the patient has a prolactinoma. Local pressure effects such as headache, visual field defects and cranial nerve palsies suggest the patient has a macroprolactinoma and these features are often present at diagnosis.
